About HearAngel

The Company

HearAngel® software has been developed by LimitEar Ltd, a UK company formed 10 years ago with the sole purposes of safeguarding the hearing of headphone users.

The company’s technologies, HDM® Pro, and LimitEar-FL® protect headphone users in line with the Noise at Work Regulations and the hearing health recommendations of The World Health Organisation. They are used in many applications including military, security, interpretation, live events and TV and radio broadcast.

The company is a supplier to a number of organisations including the BBC, Formula One Management, Ministry of Sound, Sennheiser, Walt Disney and the Canadian and Dutch governments.
